Please share which Order Management Platform (OMP) you currently use (i.e. ASI, Sage, CommonSKU, Quickbooks, Excel, Word, etc). 
And if different, which CRM you use.  CRM is a Customer Relationship Manager which helps you manage leads and convert to sales.
